What is Bachata?
Bachata is a style of dance that originates in the Dominican Republic to a 4/4 beat. It has since spread globally, with different styles emerging such as Sensual Bachata and Bachata Moderna. The various styles of bachata are known for rhythmic footwork and smooth body movement. It is considered a more social dance that is suitable for almost any setting – weddings, parties, clubs, or even the street!
Latin Dance Classes
Our latin dance classes are suitable for everyone regardless of experience or skill level.
Level 1 Dance Classes
The perfect place to start. Whether you have never danced before or are simply new to bachata, this class is the one for you.
Level 2 Dance Classes
When you’ve mastered the basics, this class will help you to level up your skills and dance with others who are at the same level as you.
Level 3 Dance Classes
This class is designed to challenge you. After becoming confident in musicality, technique and smoothness, you're ready to learn intricate combinations, and take your dancing to the next level.
Social Dance Parties
Before and after your lesson, join us for a social dance party where you can meet other latin dancers, practice your moves and most importantly, have some fun! Plus we host mega social dance parties once a month! Check out our upcoming events page.
